Our yachts are moored in the port of Calheta and we sail out to meet the local species of cetaceans. Our captain and crew will guide you, assisted by a spotter on-land, strategically positioned on a cliff, equipped with powerful binoculars and in constant communication.
GRINGO AND MIRANDA SUNDECK
We will choose the safest and most comfortable route according to the weather conditions, so that we can cruise along the coast as well as swim and snorkel, with masks, tubes and fins we provide on-board. On the way back, you can relax and sunbathe on Gringo or Miranda sun-deck, enjoy a fresh drink while sharing your adventure.
Weather permitting, you can even “drive a little” with the captain’s safe and secure guidance.
Soft bathing and hair towels, snorkelling equipment (goggles, tubes & fins) and plush blankets are available free of charge for use on board. Sparkling wine, fresh soft drinks and local beers are offered, as a courtesy of On Tales, while on-board.
Maximum capacity for Gringo: 12 guests.
Maximum capacity for Miranda: 8 guests. We strongly advise for 6 guests, although the captain might consider more attendees, depending on the configuration and the maritime conditions.
We recommend that our guests meet us at the On Tales physical store, on the marina da Calheta, at least 15 minutes before departure time.
