We went on a trip with On Tales during our two week holiday on Madeira and loved it so much we went on another trip before we left! Both times we had an amazing experience and saw large pods of bottlenose dolphins. The boat is just the right size – 7 people in total on both trips, including us and our 7-year old daughter. On Tales have a spotter on land, which meant that the skipper, Cristiano, knew exactly where to go to find the dolphins. He was totally respectful of the animals, not going too close, but staying near them for long enough for us all to really experience the wonder of dolphins in the wild and get lots of photos. We went snorkelling on both trips. The first time we went near a waterfall on the coast and the water was amazing. All equipment and towels provided by On Tales. Cristiano and also Ana were both brilliant. Cristiano was very knowledgeable about the dolphins and was great at sharing this with us and the other guests. He even let our daughter take charge of the wheel on the boat for a while, which she absolutely loved! Ana gave us some brilliant tips on places to visit on the island and was so efficient at sending us photos of our trip afterwards. Thank you On Tales for two magical trips!
